Adelaide is new to the real estate industry joining Realmark in 2016, as the Executive Assistant to leading local agent and Managing Director, Alexander Waters. Since joining Realmark, Adelaide’s role has expanded to cover many facets of the business including trust accounting, marketing, sales assistance and office management. Adelaide’s role has her working closely with Alexander and his other businesses including Capita Finance Solutions, Workspaceco and Realmark Commercial Pilbara.
Previously working as both an Events Co-ordinator and Executive Assistant, her organisational and multitasking skills have provided a smooth transition to her current role with Realmark Karratha. She believes that her main responsibility is simply to make the life of Director, Alexander Waters easier. Adelaide manages multiple projects within the business, prepares documents, manages calendars/emails and efficiently handles daily office tasks.
Adelaide is an active member of the Karratha community, being involved with both the Thunderbolts Netball Club and also the Burrup Social Club. She feels that being a part of community groups is hugely beneficial, both socially and mentally.
Having completed her Real Estate Sales registration in early 2017, Adelaide has gained a stronger understanding of the sales process and will be continuing to develop her skills whilst working within the Sales team.

Adelaide is new to the Real Estate industry and is looking forward to developing her knowledge and being part of the Realmark community. As well as carrying out PA duties, Adelaide covers administrative and account tasks within the Karratha team.
