There was some strong buyer interest over the weekend at Realmark auctions.

On Saturday a crowd of 40 people attended the auction for a vacant block at 8 Blancoa Lane in Stirling.

There were four registered bidders interested in the 508sqm green-title block in the exclusive Roselea Estate, and after going up in $20,000 then $10,000 increments, it sold under the hammer for $790,000.

Agent Miles Garner said two of the bidders dropped out early in the race and left it to two buyers who both already lived within the estate.

“This is a good solid result for the area and what we wanted,” Mr Garner said. “It helps back up pricing for established homes with solid evidence of land values.”

Boasting an impressive 21m parkland frontage plus sweeping lake views, this block was well positioned within Roselea Estate.

This incredible five-bedroom, five-bathroom home enjoys ocean views plus two kitchens, three living areas, a pool and three outdoor entertaining spaces.
