According to realestate.com.au, Aston238 even pipped The Towers at Elizabeth Quay project in Perth.
Despite Perth apartment sales being generally slow and many developers resisting buying sites due to the lack of turnover, Aston238 has a very successful sales record.
Realmark agent Jason Kuriata — who has sold 34 of the 47 apartments in just four months said they had worked ‘outside the box” marketing this project by pushing it on social media, delivering flyers through Perth and creating a display suite where buyers could see and touch the display kitchen.
The developers Suida International Developments had also involved themselves in the local community by being involved in The Light Up Leederville Carnival in December and Mt Hawthorn Streets & Lanes Festival in May.
Jason said Aston238 had attracted such high attention because of its location only 300m from the heart of Leederville and the high standard of finishes.
“This is certainly all about location, location, location,” Jason said. “But also the product and finishes we are putting into this development are second to none. Most developers make you pay for these upgrades, but in Aston238 they are standard.”
Jason believes Aston238 attracted more website views than the high profile The Towers at Elizabeth Quay development due to the project’s inner-city location and price point.
“Plus the strata fees are much lower and we are not a tower, we are a small boutique custom-built project,” he said.
“It is not your normal cookie cut product, we have large internal voids that run through the building allowing fresh air and light throughout.”
Realmark Group Managing Director, John Percudani said, “This development showcases clients desire for a high-end spec inner-city living, although new developments have slowed in recent times, boutique style apartments are proving to still be in demand. The Perth market is showing strength in location and that is something that will withstand with value.”
Aston238 exemplifies a state-of-the-art resort lifestyle. There are stylish common areas for residents to share, a lounge, solar heated pool and indoor-outdoor alfresco areas for all owners to enjoy.
Luxury finishes include engineered stone benchtops and splashbacks, Ilive handcrafted Italian ovens, range hoods and fridge-freezer combinations plus 12/18-bottle wine coolers in the kitchen.
