We value your feedback, insights and experiences engaging with Realmark.

We always welcome compliments on our service, and it helps us to recognise the efforts of our team.

We do however recognise there will be some complaints from time to time as well. If you have a complaint you would like to bring to our attention, we will always aim to be fair and responsive and handle your complaint or feedback in a friendly and professional way.

When we receive a complaint, we look on it as valuable feedback that may help us to improve the services we offer and to ensure your needs are met in a satisfactory and appropriate manner.

If you wish to make a complaint, and you feel comfortable doing so, please speak to the Realmark Team Member or office that you have been dealing with.

If you encounter issues whilst lodging your complaint or compliment online, or your complaint or compliment is not acknowledged please contact reception@realmark.com.au.

We will make all efforts possible to investigate your complaint, and advise you of the outcome as soon as possible. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can then refer your complaint to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia of which we are a member, or the Conciliation Service provided by the Department of Commerce, who can be contacted at:
