In 2018, Alex joined Realmark Commercial as a Commercial Sales & Leasing consultant. Focused on the Perth East-Metro and surrounding industrial areas, having grown up in the Perth Hills himself, he has a genuine passion for supporting local businesses and investors in achieving their goals.  

Throughout his professional journey, Alex has continuously honed his skills in negotiation, property marketing, and effective communication. Andrea is a dedicated professional in the property management sector, recently joining the Property Management Team at Realmark Mandurah. Her journey began in 1997 when she relocated from the UK to New Zealand, where she honed her skills in banking, managing a diverse portfolio of clients alongside a Business Manager. In 2007, she made the move to Perth, continuing her banking career before deciding to embark on a new path in real estate.

In 2012, Andrea took her first steps into the real estate industry assisting clients as a Sales Representative. Her passion for property management emerged when she relocated to Mandurah in 2017, leading her to transition fully into this field. Andrea thrives in her role, ensuring that her clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service, diligently monitoring tenant responsibilities and promptly addressing maintenance issues.

Her expertise and dedication were recognized during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she received an award for achieving the lowest rent arrears across all of Western Australia for her agency.

Living in Mandurah, Andrea enjoys the vibrant, holiday-like atmosphere that the area offers. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in walking her pet dog, Beau, exploring her culinary skills, renovating her home, and unwinding during trips to Bali. With a results-driven approach and a passion for property management, Andrea is a valued member of the Realmark Mandurah team, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients and their properties.
