Ian entered into real estate in 2000 making the transition from serving 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force.

Core values of professionalism, work ethic, honesty and integrity that were a part of his life from when he started his military career at age 16 have naturally transitioned into his highly successful career in real estate.

Dave Seah was born in Singapore and came to WA in 2011 where he graduated from UWA with a Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance. He was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.

Julie Fairclough is a dedicated real estate agent and the Director/Licensee at Realmark Dunsborough, where she has been instrumental in helping people successfully buy and sell property in the South West of Western Australia for 20 years. Her deep love for the region is evident in her enthusiasm for its stunning natural beauty, which she feels privileged to enjoy every day.  

Specialising in the areas of Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Eagle Bay, Julie is committed to helping her clients achieve their desired results. Julie’s commitment extends beyond her professional life, as she is a life member and former president of the Dunsborough Sharks Football Club.

In recognition of her contributions, she was honoured as the Volunteer of the Year in 2012 by the WA Football Commission in the South West.  Now joined by her Son Mitch, Julie is excited & looking forward to Sales & PM growth in the next chapter for Realmark Dunsborough.

Before starting his career in Real Estate in 2004, Lance moved to the South West and spent eight years teaching at local schools. He credits his background with laying a solid foundation for a successful career in property. “As a former teacher I'm a very organised person and I'm committed to good communication.”

Over the years Lance worked his way from salesperson to business owner, but sales is his passion and he sold his stake in a local business to return to what he loves best. "Owning a local business was exciting and challenging, however I found that I missed selling. Meeting people is one of the things I most enjoy about real estate and I've made a lot of friends through selling over the years.”

Lance has experienced several market changes and has proven to be successful in all of them during his 20 years of Real Estate winning several awards along the way.

Lance has lived in the South West since 1996. He was originally attracted by the surf and the relaxed nature of the people. He enjoys surfing, playing golf and is a keen fisherman. He appreciates that the ocean is only a few minutes away. When he isn’t working or enjoying everything the South West has to offer, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.
