Julie Fairclough is a dedicated real estate agent and the Director/Licensee at Realmark Dunsborough, where she has been instrumental in helping people successfully buy and sell property in the South West of Western Australia for 20 years. Her deep love for the region is evident in her enthusiasm for its stunning natural beauty, which she feels privileged to enjoy every day.  

Specialising in the areas of Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Eagle Bay, Julie is committed to helping her clients achieve their desired results. She does this by carefully tailoring her approach to match each client's property ambitions, listening attentively to their needs, and leveraging her extensive knowledge of the unique South West market.  

Julie excels in assisting absentee owners and buyers, recognizing that many in the South West region cannot manage property transactions in person. Julie’s commitment extends beyond her professional life, as she is a life member and former president of the Dunsborough Sharks Football Club.
