After completing a degree in Marketing and Economics at UWA, Jordan built a career working with some of Perth and Sydney’s most respected marketing and media agencies.

In roles spanning account service and strategy, he was known for his ability to bring teams together, maintain strategic focus, and build long-term relationships that delivered strong commercial outcomes.

Over the past five years, Jordan worked closely with a range of state, national and international property clients. This consistent exposure to the real estate sector fueled his interest in the industry and ultimately led to his decision to transition fully into commercial property. Mike Rowe is one of Perth’s most qualified commercial real estate experts, having honed his skills with international, Australasian and boutique firms close to four decades over all phases of the economic cycle.  

He has held senior Director positions for a sustained period and is now operating as Sales Consultant at Realmark in their Metropolitan Industrial team. He has substantial experience in the metropolitan market in Large Format Retail (with Mixed used Commercial and Retail).

He has worked on many projects in land subdivision, development, landmark properties and with tenant's, owner occupiers and investors.  

He was State Chair of the Australian Property Institute (API), and is currently Chairman of the Commercial Chapter of REIWA with ongoing roles.
