He commenced his career as a Commercial & Industrial Property Sales and Leasing Consultant at a local Midland real estate agency, where his dedication to service excellence and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction quickly earned him a strong reputation.  

In 2018, Alex joined Realmark Commercial as a Commercial Sales & Leasing consultant. Focused on the Perth East-Metro and surrounding industrial areas, having grown up in the Perth Hills himself, he has a genuine passion for supporting local businesses and investors in achieving their goals.

Jordan brings a fresh, driven approach to commercial real estate, underpinned by a strong foundation in client service, property marketing, and business development. After completing a degree in Marketing and Economics at UWA, Jordan built a career working with some of Perth and Sydney’s most respected marketing and media agencies.

In roles spanning account service and strategy, he was known for his ability to bring teams together, maintain strategic focus, and build long-term relationships that delivered strong commercial outcomes.

Over the past five years, Jordan worked closely with a range of state, national and international property clients. This consistent exposure to the real estate sector fueled his interest in the industry and ultimately led to his decision to transition fully into commercial property. Alix has developed her property expertise over 9 years working for various property firms in Perth, initially as a sales and leasing administration professional where she developed a strong industry understanding of retail leasing practices and contract documentation processes.  

She has now worked on a range of high profile commercial leasing projects, including the Parafield District Factory Outlet in Adelaide, Kingsford Village Shopping Centre in Bullsbrook, the Victoria House redevelopment, Altone Park Shopping Centre and Phoenix Shopping Centre.
