Michael joins the Realmark Industrial team as a Commercial Sales and Leasing C and Property and Real Estate with a Finance major at Deakin University in Melbourne.  

Straight out of university, he spent 3.5 years completing a variety of transactions in Industrial Real Estate with Rutherfords in Melbourne, ranging from 100-5000m2.

Andrea is a dedicated professional in the property management sector, recently joining the Property Management Team at Realmark Mandurah. Her journey began in 1997 when she relocated from the UK to New Zealand, where she honed her skills in banking, managing a diverse portfolio of clients alongside a Business Manager. In 2007, she made the move to Perth, continuing her banking career before deciding to embark on a new path in real estate.

In 2012, Andrea took her first steps into the real estate industry assisting clients as a Sales Representative. Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. This expansive knowledge provides Realmark Pilbara's Newman office with the strong leadership required for today’s changing marketplace.

For the last 14 years, Brett, has been a proven market leader in the Pilbara.
