As an esteemed Business Development Manager, having moved from the outskirts of Belfast in 2004 Colleen now lives along the coast and has long specialised in the Northern and Coastal Suburbs, and has a long association with the Realmark brand. Working with locals in the community, she enjoys putting her clients minds at ease while having the privilege of appreciating the beautiful coastline every day.

Throughout the years, Colleen has excelled at every aspect, from listing many executive and family homes, apartments and leasing these properties to wonderful and high-quality tenants., through her long standing relationships with many executive relocation agents. With 23 years of property experience under her belt, Gemma Timmins is best known for her knowledge, meticulousness and fairness.

Day-to-day, Gemma efficiently manages investments and ensures that all properties in her care are well-maintained. Amongst her countless positive qualities are her open communication skills, which ultimately aid her in keeping all parties happy.  

Having embarked on her real estate career in the Western Suburbs, Gemma has accumulated a wealth of experience – particularly in the northern coastal residential strip in which she specialises.

Danielle has been working in the real estate industry for over 17 years. Her area of expertise is Residential Property Management & Trust Accounting however she has also worked in Commercial Property Management & as a Sales Administrator.  

Joining Realmark in 2023 Danielle is responsible for the overall management of our Residential Portfolio that covers Port Hedland, Newman & Tom Price.

Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. This expansive knowledge provides Realmark Pilbara's Newman office with the strong leadership required for today’s changing marketplace.

For the last 14 years, Brett, has been a proven market leader in the Pilbara. In addition to his vast experience, Brett brings with him a very client focused work ethic and highly developed negotiation skills. Honed in the extremely competitive Gold Coast real estate market, taught Brett to think outside the box, to arrive at successful conclusions to negotiations.

With these skills Brett has been able to achieve between approximately 65 to 70% of all residential sales that have taken place in Newman since his arrival in Newman in April 2015. Without a doubt, Brett is the Market Leader for Newman and Tom Price residential property sales and leasing.
