In 2018, Alex joined Realmark Commercial as a Commercial Sales & Leasing consultant. Focused on the Perth East-Metro and surrounding industrial areas, having grown up in the Perth Hills himself, he has a genuine passion for supporting local businesses and investors in achieving their goals.  

Throughout his professional journey, Alex has continuously honed his skills in negotiation, property marketing, and effective communication. To significant time in transaction based roles in Brisbane’s growing northern industrial corridor, and as a tenant representative, securing deals with institutional-based landlords on behalf of some national retailers.

This diverse range of experience gives him a clear understanding of strategic planning, business development, sales growth, and logistics that are all unique to the WA market, as well as a wide national network to leverage from.
