Audrey’s passion for real estate began in 2017, when she joined a collaborative Residential Sales team, focusing on areas like Inglewood, Mount Lawley, Bedford, Bayswater, and Maylands. Later, she transitioned into a Project Sales Advisor role, broadening her understanding of various real estate facets, including off-the-plan sales.

Miles is a passionate sales consultant who has been helping people buy and sell homes in Mount Hawthorn and the surrounding areas since 2014.  Specializing in high-quality homes, Miles is known for his expertise in the Set Date Sale method, ensuring sellers achieve the best possible price through a clear process and strong negotiation tactics.  

His dedication to always acting in the best interest of the seller is at the heart of everything he does, and it’s what drives his exceptional results.  Living in Mount Hawthorn himself, Miles has a genuine love for the area and a deep understanding of the local market.  

His connection to the community goes beyond real estate, actively sponsoring and supporting local events at Mount Hawthorn Primary School.  One of the highlights of Miles’ community involvement is his annual Mount Hawthorn Halloween fundraiser.
