After a rewarding career in education and many overseas travels, it was fate that led Jeanette to settle in Perth. Since then, she has taken her real estate world by storm, having successfully managed multiple offices and become the youngest female auctioneer in Western Australia early on in her career.

Julie Fairclough is a dedicated real estate agent and the Director/Licensee at Realmark Dunsborough, where she has been instrumental in helping people successfully buy and sell property in the South West of Western Australia for 20 years. Her deep love for the region is evident in her enthusiasm for its stunning natural beauty, which she feels privileged to enjoy every day.  

Specialising in the areas of Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Eagle Bay, Julie is committed to helping her clients achieve their desired results. She does this by carefully tailoring her approach to match each client's property ambitions, listening attentively to their needs, and leveraging her extensive knowledge of the unique South West market.  

Julie excels in assisting absentee owners and buyers, recognizing that many in the South West region cannot manage property transactions in person. By streamlining complex transactions, she ensures the process is seamless, keeping clients informed every step of the way and striving for the best possible outcomes.  

Her love for her community is equally profound. Residing in Yallingup with her husband and family, Julie is passionate about the local community, often highlighting the strong sense of unity and support that defines Dunsborough.  

Julie’s commitment extends beyond her professional life, as she is a life member and former president of the Dunsborough Sharks Football Club.

In recognition of her contributions, she was honoured as the Volunteer of the Year in 2012 by the WA Football Commission in the South West.  Now joined by her Son Mitch, Julie is excited & looking forward to Sales & PM growth in the next chapter for Realmark Dunsborough.
