Born in Perth, Les grew up in a family of seven in Wembley and schooled at Churchlands High School. He has worked in many industries including music, clothing and pharmaceuticals always in a sales management environment.

Les now has over 28 years’ experience in the real estate sales industry with a passion for achieving the best results for all his clients. Ian entered into real estate in 2000 making the transition from serving 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force.  Core values of professionalism, work ethic, honesty and integrity that were a part of his life from when he started his military career at age 16 have naturally transitioned into his highly successful career in real estate. Ian’s skill set is in residential real estate marketing, sales and negotiation.
