Having spent close to a decade as a valuer across both residential and commercial sectors, conducting over 9,000 property valuations, he offers clients a sharp eye for detail and an evidence-based approach to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. Gary has transitioned into residential real estate sales, combining his technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people through their property journey.

Raised in the City of Melville and City of Canning, and now a proud Melville resident, Gary has strong roots in the local community.
