Michael specialises in the sales and leasing of shopping centres, greenfield feasibilities and delivery, and food and beverage consultancy.
He has negotiated deals for large, premier food and beverage retailers, to boutique food and wine bars, all of which receive the same level of service and expert advice. Michael is passionate about finding the ‘right’ tenant for the particular space to ensure the landlords’ investment is secure, and the business occupying their property is set up for success which in term results in a long-term partnership between the two parties.
Michael has worked across prominent developments such as District Parafield, Enex100 and Brookfield Place and on the tenant side, represented rollouts for key retailers such as Messina, Zeus Street, Huxtaburger and Royal Stacks just to name a few. He has leased centres in NSW, VIC, SA, WA and QLD for listed property trusts and agencies. Including static and project delivery.
