As an esteemed Business Development Manager, having moved from the outskirts of Belfast in 2004 Colleen now lives along the coast and has long specialised in the Northern and Coastal Suburbs, and has a long association with the Realmark brand. Working with locals in the community, she enjoys putting her clients minds at ease while having the privilege of appreciating the beautiful coastline every day.
No day is ever the same in property management, with Colleen facing and overcoming different challenges. However, through her genuine attitude and ability to deliver a superior service, she instils property owners with the confidence that they are in safe hands.
Throughout the years, Colleen has excelled at every aspect, from listing many executive and family homes, apartments and leasing these properties to wonderful and high-quality tenants., through her long standing relationships with many executive relocation agents. After a rewarding career in education and many overseas travels, it was fate that led Jeanette to settle in Perth. Joining Realmark Commercial Pilbara in late 2022 as General Manager and Licensee, Lynda brings more than two decades of expertise in agency management, social housing, and corporate insurance. She is known for fostering a positive, connected team culture and for building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Lynda’s real estate journey began more than 30 years ago in a small Perth agency on Adelaide Terrace. Since then, she has built a remarkable career spanning agency ownership, corporate leadership, and community housing.  

Lynda has owned and operated her own real estate agency, giving her first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities of running a successful property business. She has also worked for a national insurance brokerage in its real estate division, travelling across Australia to advise and train agency owners and property managers in risk management, professional indemnity, and landlord insurance.

Her career includes five years in the community and social housing sector, where she led a team managing Social and Aboriginal Housing, as well as tenancies for the Mental Health Commission and for people with disabilities. More recently, she oversaw the set-up and management of an Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation Complex, ensuring operational excellence and culturally respectful service delivery.
