John Percudani, the principal and managing director of Realmark Pty Ltd, is a qualified town planner. John commenced his property related career initially with the State Planning Commission and then for a number of years with the City of Perth as a town planner. During this period extensive experience in the property development and approval processes and a strong interest in the broader real estate field was gained.

Subsequently John entered the real estate marketing and property administration field with a major Perth agency in commercial property sales and leasing. After a successful career with that organisation, extensive experience in both the commercial and residential property areas was gained through senior positions with two other prominent real estate organisations.

John then established Realmark Pty Ltd in 1989 providing Commercial and Residential property sales, management, project and strata services.

Realmark has grown to be a multi award winning real estate business with a network of offices providing comprehensive range of property services to its clients.
