Rob’s experience has developed from his tenure in senior management roles for national retailers, managing large teams across multiple states.

To significant time in transaction based roles in Brisbane’s growing northern industrial corridor, and as a tenant representative, securing deals with institutional-based landlords on behalf of some national retailers.

This diverse range of experience gives him a clear understanding of strategic planning, business development, sales growth, and logistics that are all unique to the WA market, as well as a wide national network to leverage from.

Rob prides himself on providing his clients with expert advice, backed by data-driven information to ultimately ensure his clients can make educated decisions on their property portfolio. Rob has great skills in commercial negotiation and client service, and is committed to working alongside owners throughout the sales and leasing process to exceed their expectations.

Rob has also spent time living in Sydney, Brisbane and the US, and in his travels has developed the skills to build strong professional relationships with a wide network across the country.

Riya is a valued member of the Realmark Commercial team, bringing over 10 years of experience and a strong background across residential sales, off-the-plan developments, completed projects, and commercial leasing to her role as Sales & Leasing Coordinator.

With extensive experience in sales administration and project coordination, Riya combines her in-depth understanding of property processes with a proactive, client-focused approach. Having previously held key roles with a major developer and a tier 1 builder, she has developed comprehensive expertise in contract management, compliance, and the delivery of seamless sales and leasing transactions across a diverse portfolio of developments.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Riya ensures every project and transaction is managed with precision and care. Her strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders alike underpin her success in achieving exceptional outcomes.

Holding a current sales registration for 10 years, Riya continues to play an integral role in supporting the success of the commercial team and delivering outstanding results across all facets of the property sector.

Chloe has been a part of the Realmark team for over 2 years now, working alongside Christina Kosteska in property management.  

With experience in all thing's property management, Chloe is passionate about creating positive living experiences for tenants while maintaining strong communication with property owners.

She also has a gift for developing and maintaining fantastic relationships with owners and tenants alike.  

A Falcon local, Chloe spends a lot of time gardening and is a self-proclaimed lawn fanatic. She is a homebody, and if you're lucky, you might catch her down at Falcon Bay with her Rottweiler, Karma.
