Straight out of university, he spent 3.5 years completing a variety of transactions in Industrial Real Estate with Rutherfords in Melbourne, ranging from 100-5000m2.

Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate.
