As an esteemed Business Development Manager, having moved from the outskirts of Belfast in 2004 Colleen now lives along the coast and has long specialised in the Northern and Coastal Suburbs, and has a long association with the Realmark brand. Working with locals in the community, she enjoys putting her clients minds at ease while having the privilege of appreciating the beautiful coastline every day.

Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing.
