The Realmark network is once again celebrating outstanding achievements on the state stage, with two of its high-performing sales professionals recognised in the prestigious Top 5% Salesperson category at the 2025 REIWA Awards.
A Top 5% Salesperson is an agent who achieved results that put them in the top 5% of performers in either sales volume or value in the financial year.
Nathan Whennen of Realmark Urban and Julie Fairclough of Realmark Dunsborough were each named among the top echelon of real estate professionals in Western Australia, a testament to their commitment to client service, strong results, and community connection.
For Nathan, the achievement reflects both individual dedication and the collective energy of the Realmark team. With over 45 listings totalling more than $50 million in sales, he continues to demonstrate consistency and drive. “We draw inspiration from everyone around us,” he said.
Julie’s recognition adds to her long-standing reputation as one of the South West’s leading sales agents. With over 55 listings and more than $65 million in sales, her place in the Top 5% highlights both the trust she has built with clients and her deep understanding of the local market.
Adding to the celebrations, Realmark Karratha was announced as the runner-up for Top Office by Online Auction Listings Sold, demonstrating the brand’s innovative approach and its reach into regional markets.
The REIWA Awards remain one of the industry’s highest benchmarks of performance and professionalism, and Realmark’s presence across multiple categories reflects its strong standing in WA’s real estate landscape.
