We’re proud to share that Realmark Commercial Pilbara’s Danielle Nibali has been named a finalist for Residential Property Manager of the Year in the 2026 REIWA Awards for Excellence.
Danielle is the only finalist in the category representing a regional WA agency, making the recognition particularly significant for our team and the communities we work in.
As Head of Department – Residential, Danielle leads our residential property management team, which manages residential investment properties across the Pilbara including Newman Port Hedland, Paraburdoo and Tom Price.
Property management in the Pilbara is different to the metro market. Distance, a highly mobile workforce, strong links to the resources sector and the importance of established local relationships all shape the way properties need to be managed.
For many of our owners, who live outside the region, having an experienced team on the ground is particularly important. From coordinating maintenance and local trades to communicating with tenants and protecting their investment, consistent property management requires both local knowledge and strong relationships.
