Joining Realmark Commercial Pilbara in late 2022 as General Manager and Licensee, Lynda brings more than two decades of expertise in agency management, social housing, and corporate insurance. She is known for fostering a positive, connected team culture and for building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Lynda’s real estate journey began more than 30 years ago in a small Perth agency on Adelaide Terrace. Since then, she has built a remarkable career spanning agency ownership, corporate leadership, and community housing.  

Lynda has owned and operated her own real estate agency, giving her first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities of running a successful property business. She has also worked for a national insurance brokerage in its real estate division, travelling across Australia to advise and train agency owners and property managers in risk management, professional indemnity, and landlord insurance.

Her career includes five years in the community and social housing sector, where she led a team managing Social and Aboriginal Housing, as well as tenancies for the Mental Health Commission and for people with disabilities. More recently, she oversaw the set-up and management of an Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation Complex, ensuring operational excellence and culturally respectful service delivery. With leadership credentials that have been tried, tested, and refined, Lynda contributes expertise that goes beyond her current responsibilities. As Vice Chairman of First National Real Estate, she made a pragmatic, high-value contribution to the network’s property management chapter, delivering impactful WA marketing initiatives that provided national television and radio exposure and boosted the value of membership for countless agents.

Dave Seah was born in Singapore and came to WA in 2011 where he graduated from UWA with a Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance. He was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.
