Her communications experience is underpinned by exceptional technical skills, from Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to CMS platforms like SharePoint and Sitecore, and a deep understanding of how design, writing, and audience psychology intersect to influence behaviour. She is equally comfortable producing large-scale campaigns, leading workshops and briefings, or crafting a single line of copy that captures a brand’s essence.
Kimberley also brings a deep understanding of digital marketing and communications strategy, underpinned by strong technical knowledge in SEO, content optimisation, analytics, and campaign performance tracking. She uses data-driven insights to inform content planning, audience targeting, and channel selection; ensuring every campaign delivers measurable engagement and improved return on investment. Her communications career has been shaped by her time at East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS), one of the state’s largest health networks, where she became known for her ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on creativity. Rising through the ranks from Public Relations Assistant to Online Communications Coordinator, she developed and implemented communication strategies that elevated engagement, strengthened internal culture, and amplified EMHS’s reputation across digital platforms.
In addition to her professional roles, Kimberley co-founded the Worthy Australia Foundation, a registered charity and Public Benevolent Institution supporting women and children escaping domestic violence. As Vice Chair and Director of Communications until 2023, she helped establish the organisation’s brand identity, developed a national social media presence, and drove storytelling campaigns that built strong community awareness and donor engagement. Her leadership helped the Foundation’s donation campaigns raise tens of thousands of dollars; a testament to her ability to harness communications for meaningful impact.
