Andrea is a dedicated professional in the property management sector, recently joining the Property Management Team at Realmark Mandurah. Her journey began in 1997 when she relocated from the UK to New Zealand, where she honed her skills in banking, managing a diverse portfolio of clients alongside a Business Manager. In 2007, she made the move to Perth, continuing her banking career before deciding to embark on a new path in real estate.

In 2012, Andrea took her first steps into the real estate industry assisting clients as a Sales Representative. Her passion for property management emerged when she relocated to Mandurah in 2017, leading her to transition fully into this field. Andrea thrives in her role, ensuring that her clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service, diligently monitoring tenant responsibilities and promptly addressing maintenance issues.

Her expertise and dedication were recognized during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she received an award for achieving the lowest rent arrears across all of Western Australia for her agency.

Living in Mandurah, Andrea enjoys the vibrant, holiday-like atmosphere that the area offers. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in walking her pet dog, Beau, exploring her culinary skills, renovating her home, and unwinding during trips to Bali. With a results-driven approach and a passion for property management, Andrea is a valued member of the Realmark Mandurah team, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients and their properties.

Chloe has been a part of the Realmark team for over 2 years now, working alongside Christina Kosteska in property management.  

With experience in all thing's property management, Chloe is passionate about creating positive living experiences for tenants while maintaining strong communication with property owners.

She also has a gift for developing and maintaining fantastic relationships with owners and tenants alike.  

A Falcon local, Chloe spends a lot of time gardening and is a self-proclaimed lawn fanatic. She is a homebody, and if you're lucky, you might catch her down at Falcon Bay with her Rottweiler, Karma.

Virginia is a passionate real estate professional with deep appreciation for beachside community, where she has developed a love for the lifestyle and the stunning Perth coastline.

Growing up in a family of real estate agents, she was immersed in the industry from a young age, answering inquiries on the family phone when home numbers were the norm.

With over 20 years of experience at her central Joondalup office, Virginia is dedicated to providing kind, friendly, and professional service to her clients. Her expertise spans from property management, leasing, and sales, helping clients through their real estate journey. Virginia’s high level of communication skills and industry expertise makes her a referred professional by her clients.

Beyond her real estate career, Virginia is an award-winning environmental artist, helping the community by collecting beach debris from Perth’s beaches and creating stunning art pieces. Danielle has been working in the real estate industry for over 17 years. Her area of expertise is Residential Property Management & Trust Accounting however she has also worked in Commercial Property Management & as a Sales Administrator.  

Joining Realmark in 2023 Danielle is responsible for the overall management of our Residential Portfolio that covers Port Hedland, Newman & Tom Price. 

Danielle enjoys the challenges & rewards of being a Property Manager and provides all her clients with high-quality service with a focus on attention to detail & communication. She aims high and provides exceptional customer care to all her clients.  

We love having Danielle part of the Realmark Pilbara team, her outgoing and bubbly personality is infectious, and her knowledge of all things Property Management is amazing - she is certainly someone you need in your corner looking after your investment property.  

In her spare time Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and holidaying in parts of Western Australia.

Kellie joined the team at Realmark Commercial Pilbara in late 2022 and is an integral part of the day to day business operations of our offices in the Pilbara. Located in our Port Hedland office Kellie provides support to both the Residential and Commercial Departments.  With a passion for Property Management and over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Industry Kellie loves to keep busy and enjoys the fast pace of real estate. 

Part of the Pilbara community for over 10 years Kellie enjoys the challenge of working in an every changing market that the region provides.  Realmark Commercial has given Kellie the amazing opportunity to expand her knowledge by joining a Team who have many years of commercial and residential experience.
