Nadene kicked off her career in the strata industry in 2018 as a Strata Assistant and quickly progressed to managing her own portfolio as a Strata Manager.

Nadene prides herself on being a very goal driven person, which allows her to get the best results for her clients.

She ensures all tasks are executed to the highest of quality and ensuring her strata management service is second to none.

Nadene strives to keep her client relationships light with a personal approach. She understands the importance of building rapport with clients, contractors and co-workers, which helps to ensure projects run seamlessly with maximum communication.

Knowing she has given her best each day in order to provide the best results for her clients gives her a great sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.

Meeting owners face to face at their annual meetings is also a favourite of hers.

Growing up in Mandurah, Nadene’s love for anything outdoors blossomed, and you can often find her at the beach, camping or four wheel driving with friends and family.
