Jordan brings a fresh, driven approach to commercial real estate, underpinned by a strong foundation in client service, property marketing, and business development. After completing a degree in Marketing and Economics at UWA, Jordan built a career working with some of Perth and Sydney’s most respected marketing and media agencies.

In roles spanning account service and strategy, he was known for his ability to bring teams together, maintain strategic focus, and build long-term relationships that delivered strong commercial outcomes.

Over the past five years, Jordan worked closely with a range of state, national and international property clients. This consistent exposure to the real estate sector fueled his interest in the industry and ultimately led to his decision to transition fully into commercial property. Andrea is a dedicated professional in the property management sector, recently joining the Property Management Team at Realmark Mandurah. Her journey began in 1997 when she relocated from the UK to New Zealand, where she honed her skills in banking, managing a diverse portfolio of clients alongside a Business Manager. In 2007, she made the move to Perth, continuing her banking career before deciding to embark on a new path in real estate.

In 2012, Andrea took her first steps into the real estate industry assisting clients as a Sales Representative. Her passion for property management emerged when she relocated to Mandurah in 2017, leading her to transition fully into this field. Andrea thrives in her role, ensuring that her clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. Dave Seah was born in Singapore and came to WA in 2011 where he graduated from UWA with a Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance. He was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.
