Having lived in the South West since 1996, Lance was originally drawn to the area by its surf and relaxed lifestyle. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, playing golf, fishing, coaching kids sports and making the most of the region’s coastal lifestyle. Most importantly, he values spending time with his wife and two sons.
