Realmark Urban’s Ryan Smith is once again bringing the western suburbs community together in the name of raising funds for animal rescue organisation, SAFE Rescue.

This time, Ryan is taking his event to City Beach, with his Biggest Doggy Date set to take place at Jubilee Park on Sunday 7 May from 10am to 12pm.

In collaboration with Visit City Beach and SAFE Rescue, the morning will feature doggy treats, face painting, gelato and coffee to ensure the whole family – including its furry members – have a fantastic time.

Ryan said it’s a lot of fun but also raises funds and awareness for an organisation he’s personally passionate about.

“This is the seventh Doggy Date I’ve run in conjunction with SAFE, and so far we’ve raised over $10,000” he said.

“It’s an important organisation that creates awareness and education to help prevent unnecessary euthanisation of animals. I’m proud to be able to support SAFE with the help of a wonderful local community

“I’ve previously held Doggy Dates in Floreat, but it’s fantastic to partner with Visit City Beach to promote their beautiful beachfront.

“People love meeting other dog owners, myself included, over a coffee in their local community. I’m really looking forward to the morning!”

SAFE (Save Animals From Euthanasia) is Western Australia’s largest animal rescue organisation using the foster care model.
