Realmark recognised as industry pacesetter

Realmark win at the 2017 REIWA awards
Realmark has reinforced its position as an industry leader in WA by winning two prestigious Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) Excellence Awards for Innovation and Communication.

Announced on 20 September 2017, the annual REIWA Awards for Excellence are the highest accolade for real estate professionals in the State, and recognise the outstanding service and achievements of both agencies and individuals.

Realmark Managing Director, John Percudani, said he was honoured that Realmark had been acknowledged by its industry peers for undertaking initiatives that are transforming the agency, and advancing real estate practices in WA.

“These awards reveal how Realmark is continuously adapting to customer preferences and market conditions, and what it takes to operate a contemporary and sustainable real estate enterprise in a technology-driven world,” Mr Percudani said.

“Our industry has evolved significantly since Realmark was established in Perth some 28 years ago, and I’m exceptionally proud that we continue to be distinguished as the pace-setters of real estate in WA”.

A standout in the REIWA Innovation Award category, Realmark was recognised for the recent consolidation and integration of its operating, communications and transactional systems – which has transformed the agency’s day-to-day operations.

“It’s a game changer for Realmark as it provides us with a granular, real-time view of the business, which allows us to be more agile, and to engage more effectively with our customers to assist them with their property decisions,” Mr Percudani said.

In the REIWA Communications Award category, Realmark was acknowledged for its strategic marketing initiatives, which included creating a digitised central library of marketing collateral for both property listings and agency-agent profiling and prospecting.

“Buyers and sellers are overwhelmed with information from online listing portals, rating agencies, social media and other sources, so we developed a way for our agents to cut through the noise and provide information that is relevant and helpful to customers,” Mr Percudani explained.

Reflecting on both awards, Mr Percudani thanked Realmark’s office principals and staff for their dedication to excellence and for embracing changes that will future proof the agency.

“Readily adapting to change, which is inevitable in any industry, is what I believe sets Realmark apart, and these awards are testament to the strength, resilience and professionalism of our entire team in WA,” Mr Percudani said.
