Realmark Coastal director Sean Hughes and his team finished third on the list, while Realmark Urban was the most represented offices, with six agents making the cut.
The REB Top 50 provides industry-wide recognition to agents who have gone above and beyond for clients while achieving outstanding sales numbers.
The ranking celebrates West Australian agents who have set strong professional performance standards and empowers them to win more listings.
Realmark Urban general manager Matthew Lee said he’s extremely proud of his team.
“Whilst awards or rankings aren't the focus of our agents, those that dedicate themselves to putting in the effort and focusing on their clients, their achievements deserve recognition and they should be extremely proud of themselves as we are of them,” he said.
“As a business, we focus on care, collaboration, and celebrating one another’s achievements. I believe that’s why our representatives are experiencing individual success.
“With our sights set on bigger targets, I expect that next year we’ll see even more reps recognised, and the Realmark network as a whole to achieve double figures.”
Nathan Tonich was the top ranked Realmark Urban agent, who came in 23rd, while Ryan Smith (40th, Ben Rudgeley (41st), David Murray (44th) Adam Ghizzo (46th) and Miles Garner (50th) all achieved the coveted status after being nominated by their team.
Across the Realmark network, Realmark Dunsbrough’s Julie Fairclough impressed with a top-20 ranking, while Realmark Karratha’s Jordan James wasn’t far behind at 31.
The REB ranking are determined by using a range of metrics, including number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold, and average sale value across the 2022 calendar year.
Each agent is ranked comparatively across these three metrics against their peers, with the combined comparative score used to determine the top-ranked West Australian agents.
