Two Realmark offices have cracked the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking list for 2024.

Now in its 12th year, the annual ranking uses a range of indicators to identify the top-performing real estate offices across Australia, setting the benchmark other offices can aspire to emulate.

Coming in at number seven nation-wide, was Realmark Coastal, with 23 sales agents and 24 support staff achieved 915 settlements at an average sale price of $820,000.

It caps off another stellar year for the North Beach based Realmark office, who were also recently named the Top Medium Office by Value Sold for 2023 at the REIWA.com.au awards.

Joining Realmark Coastal as one of just seven West Australian offices in the REB Top 50 list, was Realmark Urban – who came in at 25.

The position sees them fifth ranked WA office, with a state-leading average sale price of $825000 off the back of 413 settlements during the submission period.

Realmark founder and managing director is proud of the two office’s achievements.

“It’s recognition for embracing a customer-experience focus and a consistent marketing strategy, allowing us to make a promise to sellers that they won’t be undersold,” he said.

“I’d like to congratulate all the hard-working agents and support staff at Realmark Coastal and Realmark Urban for this achievement and we look forward to celebrating together at the upcoming Realmark Awards.”

REB editor Grace Ormsby commented that the REB Top 50 Sales Offices are the pre-eminent ranking that champions real estate teams across Australia who have gone above and beyond for their clients and secured strong settlement figures in FY23.

“This year’s ranking showcases the depth of talent that exists in Australian real estate and highlights the achievements of teams who have worked consistently to achieve strong results for their clients,” Ms Ormsby said.

“I’d like to congratulate all the sales offices that have clinched a ranking this year. Your commitment to building a local presence and excelling in your field deserves to be celebrated.”

To determine the ranking and compare it to the previous year’s performance, REB asked agents to supply a CRM verification document that clearly outlined the following information for the 2022–23 financial year:

• Total number of listings
• Total number of settled sales
• Total value of settlements
• Average days on market
• Number of staff as at the end of FY23

All data was verified by Agile Market Intelligence to ensure accuracy.

Agile Market Intelligence director Michael Johnson said this year’s REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking and settlement numbers highlight the ability of real estate agents across Australia to adapt to changing market conditions, while consistently outperforming themselves year after year.

“I applaud every office and its real estate teams for always prioritising the needs of their customers and dedicating themselves to achieving the best results for their vendors and buyers,” Mr Johnson said.

“It takes years of dedication for real estate offices to carve a presence in their local area and the offices in this year’s rankings have demonstrated that they have done that with aplomb.”
