COVID-19 Response Plan

Realmark COVID-19 Response Plan

The Realmark Group is committed to providing assistance to the Federal and State Governments in an effort to contain and mitigate COVID-19 in Western Australia and the wider Nation.

We continue to implement strict internal processes to provide this assistance and protect our employees, clients and the wider community from impacts of the virus.

As per the State Government’s direction, we have implemented required contact tracing at all Realmark home opens, as well as all appointments that are held at a Realmark office throughout the State.

The State Government is committed to protecting personal information, and should any community cases arise in WA, the Government may access this information for the purpose of containing COVID-19.

Following guidance from the Government, we continue to practise social distancing at all Realmark offices, home opens and events while providing sufficient hand sanitising units for customers and clients to use at their discretion.

Please seek further information and advice from the WA Government on COVID-19 at the WA Department of Health website and State Government website

As always, we thank you for your support and ongoing cooperation.

COVID-19 WA: latest information.

The WA State Government has announced a lockdown effective from 6 pm tonight, Sunday, 31 January 2021 until 6 pm Friday, 5 February, in the Perth metropolitan area and the Peel and South West regions, based on health advice. Whilst some of our offices may close for normal trade from their business premises our team members will continue to assist our clients, tenants, and other suppliers such as contractors and maintenance workers to ensure the continued provision of our services. Many of our team will be working remotely. As per government restrictions Realmark offices that are located within these areas will be closing in accordance with these directions and appointments or inspections scheduled will be postponed until the end of the lockdown period. Realmark offices outside the lockdown area may remain open. Each Realmark office will implement its own response and we encourage you to contact them directly. We remain ready to support our clients, tenants and other stakeholders as we respond to this evolving situation following the State Government directions. Unsure how the lockdown may affect you? We ask that you work with our team who is accommodating the State Government Health Directions at this time. If you were planning on moving house this week, we’ll work with you individually to accommodate your personal circumstances. Inspections, appraisals, and any in-person meetings will be either postponed or if possible, hosted online. Other than urgent, emergency or essential maintenance and repairs – all requests will be postponed until restrictions are lifted. Many of our properties have virtual tours and videos, so you can still proceed with your house hunting and hopefully we can show you through in person soon. Masks are now mandatory whenever outside your home and on public transport. If you live in a Strata building, please ensure that you are wearing a mask as soon as you’re outside your door – this includes all common areas within the complex. Any shared facilities in or provided with properties we manage such as gyms or pools for strata buildings may be closed until further notice. Please contact your strata manager or property manager for information. If you require any further information or need assistance, please contact your Realmark team member, or relevant Realmark office. As always, we are here to help you. We’re committed to working together to support West Australians at this time. We encourage you to stay safe and well, be there for each other and follow the government directions.
