To achieve the best outcome for our client, we elected to take the property to market via an Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign, closing on 16 October 2025. This strategy was deliberately chosen to create competitive tension in a market where quality suburban commercial assets are tightly held, while also giving serious investors the time and confidence to complete thorough due diligence.

The EOI format provided a transparent and credible framework for the vendor and allowed us to position the asset as a premium investment opportunity with significant long-term potential. The result was a highly engaged campaign that generated strong enquiry levels and multiple qualified offers, ultimately delivering an excellent outcome for our client.

The Sale represents the strong demand for core suburban tenanted investments with upside. A strong expression of interest campaign delivered an excellent result for the vendor. It represented a rare opportunity to acquire a green tittle 1,055sqm block with 6 tenants onsite with income upside.
