2. Eligibility
This competition is open to legal owners of residential property located in Greenwood, Western Australia
• complete a genuine property appraisal with the promoter during the competition period.
3. Appraisal and Listing Requirement
To qualify for entry into the draw for one $100 5 Points Kitchen voucher, participants must complete an in-person property appraisal with the promoter.
4. Cost of Entry
There is no fee or additional cost to participate in this competition. Only one entry per property is permitted.
5. Competition Period
The competition begins on 20 Nov 2025 and ends on 18 Dec 2025. All qualifying appraisals and listing agreements must be completed within this timeframe.
6. Prize Details
• One eligible participant who completes an appraisal will win a $100 dining voucher to 5 Points Kitchen located in Greenwood
These vouchers are intended to support local hospitality businesses in the community. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing venues.
7. Draw Details
Winner will be selected at random on Friday, 19 December 2025
8. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days, a redraw may occur.

11. Records and Compliance
