Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. This expansive knowledge provides Realmark Pilbara's Newman office with the strong leadership required for today’s changing marketplace.

For the last 14 years, Brett, has been a proven market leader in the Pilbara. In addition to his vast experience, Brett brings with him a very client focused work ethic and highly developed negotiation skills. Honed in the extremely competitive Gold Coast real estate market, taught Brett to think outside the box, to arrive at successful conclusions to negotiations.

With these skills Brett has been able to achieve between approximately 65 to 70% of all residential sales that have taken place in Newman since his arrival in Newman in April 2015. Without a doubt, Brett is the Market Leader for Newman and Tom Price residential property sales and leasing.

Chloe has been a part of the Realmark team for over 2 years now, working alongside Christina Kosteska in property management.  

With experience in all thing's property management, Chloe is passionate about creating positive living experiences for tenants while maintaining strong communication with property owners.

She also has a gift for developing and maintaining fantastic relationships with owners and tenants alike.  

A Falcon local, Chloe spends a lot of time gardening and is a self-proclaimed lawn fanatic. She is a homebody, and if you're lucky, you might catch her down at Falcon Bay with her Rottweiler, Karma.

Andrea is a dedicated professional in the property management sector, recently joining the Property Management Team at Realmark Mandurah. Her journey began in 1997 when she relocated from the UK to New Zealand, where she honed her skills in banking, managing a diverse portfolio of clients alongside a Business Manager. In 2007, she made the move to Perth, continuing her banking career before deciding to embark on a new path in real estate.

In 2012, Andrea took her first steps into the real estate industry assisting clients as a Sales Representative. Her passion for property management emerged when she relocated to Mandurah in 2017, leading her to transition fully into this field. Andrea thrives in her role, ensuring that her clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service, diligently monitoring tenant responsibilities and promptly addressing maintenance issues.

Her expertise and dedication were recognized during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she received an award for achieving the lowest rent arrears across all of Western Australia for her agency.

Living in Mandurah, Andrea enjoys the vibrant, holiday-like atmosphere that the area offers. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in walking her pet dog, Beau, exploring her culinary skills, renovating her home, and unwinding during trips to Bali.
