Virginia is a passionate real estate professional with deep appreciation for beachside community, where she has developed a love for the lifestyle and the stunning Perth coastline.

Growing up in a family of real estate agents, she was immersed in the industry from a young age, answering inquiries on the family phone when home numbers were the norm.

With over 20 years of experience at her central Joondalup office, Virginia is dedicated to providing kind, friendly, and professional service to her clients. Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. For the last 14 years, Brett, has been a proven market leader in the Pilbara.
