Throughout the years, Colleen has excelled at every aspect, from listing many executive and family homes, apartments and leasing these properties to wonderful and high-quality tenants., through her long standing relationships with many executive relocation agents.

To date, some of her most notable achievements are successfully leasing homes both off market and with creative marketing to achieve higher than average rental returns on long-term leases. Colleens priority is to provide great advice to her clients and keeps up with the latest news and legislation.

She maintains strong relationships and with her knowledge this ensures that she delivers great information to owners, tenants and their investments are looked after with care. Whether it’s anything property management related or her clients themselves, Colleen prides herself on her excellent level of understanding.

On her days off, Colleen can be found spending some quality family time, enjoying the local beaches and keeping fit at her local gym in Hillary’s.
