Raised in the City of Melville and City of Canning, and now a proud Melville resident, Gary has strong roots in the local community. A graduate of Rossmoyne Primary and Senior High School, he went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Property at Curtin University, where he later returned as a guest lecturer in property (2010–2013).

Gary’s career has been recognised with industry accolades, including being named the “Most Accurate Valuer” in the residential department at Quantia Valuations (now Opteon Solutions) in 2008. Gary leverages his background knowledge and embraces continued learning opportunities in property and sales practices.

Growing up on Riseley Street, Ardross and attending Ardross Primary School, Paul has an intimate understanding and knowledge of the local area and has seen first-hand Ardross and the surrounding suburbs undergo significant transformation over the last 40 years.  

After completing his university studies in Perth, Paul moved to Tokyo, Japan, where he lived for 8 years, successfully establishing and running a boutique wine import business specialising in premium Australian wine, building the company to over 400 trade clients throughout Japan and gaining a valuable insight into delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

Dave Seah was born in Singapore and came to WA in 2011 where he graduated from UWA with a Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance.

With a background in marketing as well (Degree in Mass Communication), he was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.

He specialises in Greenwood, Warwick and surrounds where his hard work and dedication has made him a local favourite.
