Liesl’s real estate journey began at just 18, when a weekend reception role unexpectedly sparked a 22-year long career. Along the way, she has developed a reputation for creating organisation out of chaos, approaching challenges with calm clarity, and delivering solutions with precision.
A Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW – a qualification also recognised in WA – Liesl brings extensive expertise in Trust Accounting, residential management administration, and problem solving. Her proudest professional milestone to date is achieving her Real Estate License, a testament to her dedication and depth of industry knowledge.
After first joining Realmark Commercial Pilbara in 2023 as Personal Assistant to Director, Eliza Mearns, Liesl briefly stepped away in 2025 to rekindle her passion for Trust Accounting. However, her value to the business and clients meant she was never far away, continuing to work with Eliza on her private property portfolio. By mid-2025, she returned full-time, taking the reins of the Residential Trust Account and providing vital support to Senior Property Manager, Danielle Nibali.
Known for her calm demeanor and ability to stay composed under pressure, Liesl is often the first point of call when “anything and everything” needs to be sorted. She thrives on the detail — whether it’s balancing complex reconciliations, identifying unknown funds, or ensuring systems run seamlessly — and takes pride in the trust placed in her by both colleagues and clients. At her core, Liesl believes real estate is about more than transactions. She is passionate about transparency, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that everyone she works with feels supported.
