Michael’s career has seen him advising businesses and property owners in all Australian states for over 15 years. He strives to help landlords and retailers facilitate and nurture transactions where each party is set up to succeed.
 
Michael previously owned a food and beverage retail consultancy business on the east coast which has seen him build strong professional relationships with various property developers throughout Australia. Through this, he is given a first look at all major development centres around Australia and brings this knowledge first-hand back to WA to help pioneer a diversified, world-class retail experience here in Perth.
 
Michael specialises in the sales and leasing of shopping centres, greenfield feasibilities and delivery, and food and beverage consultancy. He has negotiated deals for large, premier food and beverage retailers, to boutique food and wine bars, all of which receive the same level of service and expert advice. Michael is passionate about finding the ‘right’ tenant for the particular space to ensure the landlords’ investment is secure, and the business occupying their property is set up for success which in term results in a long-term partnership between the two parties.
 
Michael has worked across prominent developments such as Parafield, Enex100 and Brookfield Place and on the tenant side, represented rollouts for key retailers such as Messina, Zeus Street, Huxtaburger and Royal Stacks just to name a few. He has leased centres in NSW, VIC, WA and QLD for listed property trusts and agencies. Including static and project delivery.
 
With a natural knack for communication and the backing of strong industry knowledge, Michael has established long-term relationships with retailers and landlords alike, and as a result, has developed a strong position in the industry which he’s confident your business or property portfolio can benefit from.
