With experience managing commercial, retail and industrial properties across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, Rainah brings a well-rounded understanding of commercial property management. Her expertise includes lease administration, maintenance coordination, contractor management, compliance, rent collection, arrears management, property inspections and financial reporting. She works closely with owners, tenants and service providers to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and operating efficiently, while delivering a high level of service at every stage.
Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Rainah thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. She's highly organised, communicates clearly and enjoys finding practical solutions to challenges before they become problems. Her ability to build strong relationships and manage competing priorities means clients can have confidence that their investment is in capable hands.
Rainah has a strong connection to the Pilbara, having spent much of her childhood growing up in the region. With family still calling the Pilbara home, she understands the unique nature of the local market and the importance of building genuine, long-term relationships with clients and the communities they work in.
When she's not at work, you'll usually find Rainah volunteering her time to animal welfare. As Treasurer and Chairperson of a local cat rescue, she's passionate about giving back to the community and helping animals find safe, loving homes.
