According to data released by REIWA, residential listings across Western Australia remain at historically low levels, underscoring the continued imbalance between supply and demand across both metropolitan and regional markets. While conditions vary by location, the common challenge is clear: limited choice in an environment of sustained buyer activity.
It is within this context that Realmark introduced the Property Collective, a coordinated, network-wide initiative launched over the summer to bring greater structure, scale and clarity to new property offerings across Western Australia.
Rather than operating as isolated office campaigns, the Property Collective aligns multiple new listings into a single, considered release. The initiative spans a broad geographic footprint, from Karratha in the north through Perth’s metropolitan corridor and down to Mandurah, reflecting the diversity of markets, lifestyles and investment opportunities across the state.
The properties presented through the Property Collective include modern homes in established and emerging suburbs, centrally located city and metro options, and coastal properties in lifestyle-driven locations such as Rockingham and Mandurah. The mix has been intentionally designed to serve both owner-occupiers at different stages of the property journey and investors seeking exposure to Western Australia’s long-term fundamentals.
Realmark Founder John Percudani says the campaign reflects a shift in how opportunity is created and presented in a constrained market. “The Property Collective is about bringing clarity and momentum to the market by aligning our network and presenting opportunity at scale. It’s a practical response to current conditions, but it also reflects a broader belief that leadership in real estate means shaping the market, not simply reacting to it.”
The initiative aligns with Realmark’s 2026 strategic theme, Ambition in Action, translating that intent into a tangible, market-facing outcome. By leveraging the depth and reach of its statewide network, Realmark has sought to elevate how property is brought to market during a period defined by scarcity.
Launched over the summer period, the Property Collective’s release brought together residential opportunities from across the Realmark network, offering a more cohesive view of what is available in a fragmented, low-supply environment.
As Western Australia continues to navigate tight listing volumes, initiatives such as the Property Collective highlight the role of coordination, leadership and scale in supporting confidence and informed decision-making across the property market.
