With 20 years of sales and real estate experience, Michelle Ralph brings deep expertise to Realmark’s Western Suburbs team. For the past 13 years, Michelle has dedicated her career to Perth’s beautiful western suburbs, a community she is proud to also call home.  

Michelle’s career journey includes roles as Licensee & General Manager at respected agencies in Cottesloe and Subiaco. Dave Seah was born in Singapore and came to WA in 2011 where he graduated from UWA with a Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance. He was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.
