Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Alex has firmly established himself as a trusted and reliable professional since embarking on his journey in July 2012.

He commenced his career as a Commercial & Industrial Property Sales and Leasing Consultant at a local Midland real estate agency, where his dedication to service excellence and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction quickly earned him a strong reputation.  

In 2018, Alex joined Realmark Commercial as a Commercial Sales & Leasing consultant. Focused on the Perth East-Metro and surrounding industrial areas, having grown up in the Perth Hills himself, he has a genuine passion for supporting local businesses and investors in achieving their goals.  

Throughout his professional journey, Alex has continuously honed his skills in negotiation, property marketing, and effective communication. With an unwavering dedication to delivering the highest standard of service, he ensures that every interaction and transaction is handled with professionalism and care.  

Alex has climbed the ranks at Realmark Commercial and now holds the position of Senior Sales and Leasing Associate. One of Alex's greatest strengths lies in his intimate understanding of the local real estate landscape.

As an esteemed Business Development Manager, having moved from the outskirts of Belfast in 2004 Colleen now lives along the coast and has long specialised in the Northern and Coastal Suburbs, and has a long association with the Realmark brand. Working with locals in the community, she enjoys putting her clients minds at ease while having the privilege of appreciating the beautiful coastline every day.
No day is ever the same in property management, with Colleen facing and overcoming different challenges. However, through her genuine attitude and ability to deliver a superior service, she instils property owners with the confidence that they are in safe hands.
Throughout the years, Colleen has excelled at every aspect, from listing many executive and family homes, apartments and leasing these properties to wonderful and high-quality tenants., through her long standing relationships with many executive relocation agents. To date, some of her most notable achievements are successfully leasing homes both off market and with creative marketing to achieve higher than average rental returns on long-term leases.
Colleens priority is to provide great advice to her clients and keeps up with the latest news and legislation. She maintains strong relationships and with her knowledge this ensures that she delivers great information to owners, tenants and their investments are looked after with care. Whether it’s anything property management related or her clients themselves, Colleen prides herself on her excellent level of understanding.
On her days off, Colleen can be found spending some quality family time, enjoying the local beaches and keeping fit at her local gym in Hillary’s.
