Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate. He later worked at a well renowned international property firm in the Retail Investments team, where he was involved in negotiating and executing sales and leases for his clients.   Before commencing his career in real estate Fletcher obtained a high distinction in Property Development and Valuation at Curtin University. Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate. Before commencing his career in real estate Fletcher obtained a high distinction in Property Development and Valuation at Curtin University. Currently he is studying his Master’s of Professional Accounting at the University of Western Australia.
 
Boasting a drive to succeed and a commitment to delivering the best service to his clients, Fletcher enjoys designing new concepts and strategic tenancy mixes that compliment their community and each other.
 
 As a Realmark Sales and Leasing Associate, Fletcher has built a strong network of professional relationships with many notable clients such as Woolworths, Hesperia, QUBE, M Group, Blackburne, Firmus Capital and DevWest. He has worked on multiple development projects such as Parafield District Outlet Centre, Woolworths Inglewood, Electric Lane, Victoria House and is currently working on some developments in Mirrabooka, Safety Bay, Mandurah & Spearwood.
 
In his spare time, Fletcher enjoys playing football, cricket and competing in long distance endurance events. He also competed in the Rottnest Channel Solo Swim on multiple occasions, raising money for the Swim For Proudie Foundation.
