After completing his university studies in Perth, Paul moved to Tokyo, Japan, where he lived for 8 years, successfully establishing and running a boutique wine import business specialising in premium Australian wine, building the company to over 400 trade clients throughout Japan and gaining a valuable insight into delivering exceptional levels of customer service.  

Paul's knowledge of the real estate industry is extensive having worked in several facets including off-the-plan, land sales and established dwellings, and Paul prides himself on his relentless pursuit of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in all facets of real estate transactions.  

Paul has an extensive knowledge of Ardross, Applecross, Mount Pleasant and Booragoon. In Ardross, Paul's expertise is highlighted by the fact that for several years he has consistently sold more than 20% of all properties sold in Ardross through the use and application of highly effective selling strategies, finely tuned negotiation skills and the most extensive and up-to-date database of active buyers.
