Before beginning his real estate career in 2004, Lance relocated to the South West where he spent eight years teaching at local schools. He credits this background with providing a strong foundation for his success in property. “As a former teacher, organisation and clear communication are second nature to me,” he says.

Over the years, Lance progressed from salesperson to business owner. While owning a local real estate business was rewarding, his true passion has always been sales. He ultimately chose to return to what he enjoys most. “Meeting people is one of the aspects I love most about real estate, and I’ve built many lasting relationships through selling over the years.”

With more than two decades of experience, Lance has successfully navigated multiple market cycles, consistently achieving strong results. Throughout his 22-year career, he has earned numerous industry awards and has been involved in the sale of a wide range of properties, including large-scale subdivisions, homes, units, commercial property, vacant land and rural property.

Having lived in the South West since 1996, Lance was originally drawn to the area by its surf and relaxed lifestyle. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, playing golf, fishing, coaching kids sports and making the most of the region’s coastal lifestyle. Most importantly, he values spending time with his wife and two sons.
