Mike Rowe is one of Perth’s most qualified commercial real estate experts, having honed his skills with international, Australasian and boutique firms close to four decades over all phases of the economic cycle.   He has held senior Director positions for a sustained period and is now operating as Sales Consultant at Realmark in their Metropolitan Industrial team. He has worked on many projects in land subdivision, development, landmark properties and with tenant's, owner occupiers and investors.  

He was State Chair of the Australian Property Institute (API), and is currently Chairman of the Commercial Chapter of REIWA with ongoing roles.

His experiences demonstrate he has integrity and offers trusted adviser capability to give you the best result you seek. He has vast, deep knowledge and a skillful approach to all facets of commercial sales and leasing across Perth suburbs.  

Mike has managed thousands of sales transactions (involving well over several hundred millions of value), secured multiple tenancies, undertaken valuations and provided advice for significant developments throughout Perth and regional Western Australia.

Mike excels at developing successful relationships with institution investors, tenants and developers, managing complex deals and providing strong leadership.

These qualities have enabled him to achieve outstanding results for his clients, which include WA’s land development agency, Dev WA (formerly known as Landcorp).
