As one of Western Australia’s biggest real estate events of the year, REIWA Connect 2026 brought together some of the industry’s leading minds for a day of insight,inspirationand future-focused thinking-and Realmark showed up in full force.
This year, 110 Realmark experts attended the event,representingthe strength,collaborationand energy of the entire Realmark network. From residential sales and property management throughto commercial sales and leasing, the day was an opportunity to learn, connect and continue raising the standard of service delivered to clients across WA.

What did we learn?
One of the standout sessions came from Mat Steinwede, who inspired attendees with a powerful reminder about the importance of connection. His message around recognising the “lemon moments”- those small but meaningful opportunities to build trust and relationships with clients by creating personalised service and deep understanding of emotion and value.
The future of AI and technology was also afocus of the day, with Samantha McLean from Elite Agents reminding the industry that while innovation continues to transform the way we work, the human touch must never be lost. Her insights encouraged attendees to embrace technology while continuing to lead with empathy, authenticity and care.
Andrea Clarke’s session on mastering change challenged the audience to embrace adaptability and remain open to growth in an evolving industry landscape. Her practical insights highlighted the importance of resilience, consistency and agility in both business and leadership.
The day concluded with an impactful presentation from Amanda Stevens, who spoke about the strength of communication, the importance of transparency and the value of staying curious. Her session left attendees reflecting on how meaningful conversations and authentic relationships continue to shape exceptional client experiences.
