Her achievements include being named Rising Star (2020), Strata Manager (2022) and Senior Strata Manager (2024) by the Strata Community Association WA over the years, as well as winning the prestigious Strata Community Association Australasian Strata Manager of the Year award (2022-2023).
She successfully led a boutique strata business to earn multiple state and national awards, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and innovation. Beyond her professional role, she has volunteered with Strata Community Association WA for many years and joined the WA Board in 2024. Today, as Operations and Development Lead, she focuses on mentoring and developing her team at Realmark Strata to become the most progressive and high-performing strata group in Western Australia.
